Site Environmental Management Plan

Before any development will begin on-site, we want to consult with the local community on our Site Environmental Management Plan (SEMP).

The aim of the SEMP is to outline measures to minimise and mitigate the demolition and construction effects on the local community. It outlines specific ways to make sure any negative impact is kept to a minimum and has ways to check that these measures are being taken throughout the project. The SEMP also gives information about how the existing buildings will be taken down and the new development will be built. We are keen to hear the thoughts of the local community on the SEMP.
